Who I work with
As Aprio’s Chief Human Resources Officer, I work closely with Aprio’s partners and team members to support organizational growth and change. I am always looking for opportunities to share ideas and trends with HR leaders in similar-sized firms and business leaders seeking advice.
My specialty
I provide strategic direction to align Aprio’s employee engagement, learning & development, recruiting, payroll, and benefits programs. My expertise includes employee relations and engagement and organizational change. I coach and mentor employees and work closely with recruiting to provide insights and strategies to rapidly find the right talent to support Aprio’s constant growth.

Unique things about me
I am a big fan of the musical, Hamilton. I have traveled to several different cities to see the latest productions of the show.
When I am not at work
My three boys (ages 12, 10, and 10) keep me busy. We love going to sporting events and concerts.
