Who I work with
I work closely with high-growth, privately held Technology businesses with a specialty in Financial Technology (FinTech) businesses. I advise acquisitive private equity and venture capital-backed, cross-border companies, and I help founder-led, closely held businesses navigate the transition to institutional ownership.
My specialty
One of my many specialties is helping Technology businesses improve recurring revenue in preparation for transactions. I excel at complicated financial reporting and explaining complex accounting concepts to clients.

When I am not at work
I enjoy spending time with my wife and two boys watching UGA football and volunteering in the Atlanta community.
