Who I work with

As Partner-in-Charge of Aprio’s Technology & Blockchain group and Tax Practice, I work with clients in industries including software, gaming, clean tech, fintech, digital healthcare, biotech, blockchain, and manufacturing. From pre-revenue startups to growing companies preparing for liquidity events, I help business owners and C-level executives achieve their business objectives.

My specialty

I specialize in providing innovative tax strategies that leverage federal and state Research & Development (R&D) Tax Credits. My expertise includes tax structuring, financial and tax due diligence and analysis of business combination transactional accounting. I also have extensive experience advising domestic and international companies on:
