I work with CFOs, VPs, and directors of Tax, Finance directors, controllers for multinational companies in cryptocurrency, technology, manufacturing and healthcare.
My specialty
I help clients navigate the tax aspects of partnership ventures, international tax planning, holding company and financial structures, foreign exchange matters, internal reorganizations, and post-acquisition integrations. I have provided structuring for a multibillion-dollar M&A inversion transaction. I have over a decade of strategic tax consulting and M&A experience advising clients on a broad array of inbound and outbound U.S. and international tax matters including repatriation planning, and international tax credit planning.
Results I have delivered
I have served as an in-house international tax counsel, and I have considerable experience with critical analysis and consulting on supply chain and transfer pricing considerations, business restructurings, U.S. international tax filings, U.S. GAAP and IFRS annual income tax provisions, APB23 positions and Fin 48.
