Who I work with
I work with CEOs, CFOs, Controllers and Business Leaders inside the Government Contracting industry. My clients span from those who are just getting started in the contracting business to established international contractors.
My specialty
My specialty is government procurement regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulations and Cost Accounting Standards. I also focus on internal and external rate restructuring associated with acquisitions, divestitures or other organizational changes. I support contractors throughout cost, claim or business system audits by the government.

Unique things about me
Family is very important to me. In addition to four children, my wife and I have two dogs. We show our love with custom license plates that read, “W00FS 6” and “6 W00FS.”


When I am not at work
When I am not a handyman at home, I enjoy traveling south with my family to the beach or going to the theater in NYC. You can also find me on the golf course, including scoring par on the famous 17 Island Green at TPC Sawgrass.

I hold a Master of Business Administration from Marymount University, a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs from American University and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Montgomery College. I am Chair of the Professional Services Council Contract Finance and Cash Flow Committee, an Instructor for the Veterans Institute of Procurement and a Mentor for American Corporate Partner.
