Danielle Berg serves as the chief marketing & corporate communications officer at Aprio, LLP, a nationally-recognized, CPA-led business advisory firm.
Renowned as a bold marketer in professional services, Danielle forges new paths to unleash a brand’s power and achieve its full potential. She applies her business acumen and unending curiosity about the future to reinvent brands, marketing strategies and organizations to accelerate growth.
In 2017, Danielle devised and launched her 65-year-old firm’s rebrand from HA&W to Aprio, aligning with its broader mission and new brand promise: passionate for what’s next. The bold, disruptive approach in a traditional industry drew coverage from Forbes, National Public Radio, Accounting Today and more.
Danielle heads Aprio’s strategic growth initiatives in addition to PR; digital and content strategy; client experience and satisfaction; productization of service offerings and more. She is the chair of both the Aprio Foundation and the Aprio Women’s Committee. Danielle enjoys building high-impact teams from the ground up, and she values her role as a mentor and coach for the next generation.
Prior to joining Aprio, Danielle was founder and principal of Telling Media, a marketing consulting firm serving technology and professional service companies; launched and sold a multimillion-dollar B2C business; and held senior marketing roles with IBM and AnswerThink, now the Hackett Group.
Danielle graduated with honors from Boston College, and she received her master’s degree in corporate and public communications from Seton Hall University. She speaks fluent French and studied at the Sorbonne in Paris. Danielle lives in Atlanta with her husband, son and daughter.
