Who I work with
I work with entrepreneurs and investors in a diverse range of technology companies. Most of my clients are within the low-middle market with a maximum of $5 million in EBITDA, but they always have great technology and products.
My specialty
I specialize in identifying companies that are in the right moment to sell their business to larger buyers, helping entrepreneurs and investors find buyers that could benefit from their technology and shepherding businesses through the sales process from start to finish.
Results I have delivered
I’ve been directly involved in over one hundred sales and other transactions. I’ve invested in companies that grew by an order of magnitude, guided business owners to make the deals of their lives and helped dozens of clients make enough money to retire on.

I’m fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. I’ve also traveled to over thirty countries.
