Who I work with
As a Tax Director, I advise leaders of small- to mid-size privately held companies in a variety of industries on both business and individual tax planning matters.
My specialty
As a trusted advisor with 32 years of experience, I guide clients through today’s most complex tax challenges. My specialties include federal, state, payroll and use tax compliance, financial statement preparations, corporate, partnership and individual tax services. I also help clients select the best entity type to use when starting a business.
Results I have delivered
Educating clients on why tax planning is a key component of business success. I have helped many clients realize savings on their individual returns by coaching them on the benefits of pass-through entity tax elections in various states.
Unique things about me
Have pole will travel. I am an avid fisherman and I’ve fished all over the country for trout and bass. I find it ironic that I don’t like to eat fish, so for this angler, it’s mostly a catch and release.
When I am not at work
I spend most of my free time with my wife and 3 sons. We enjoy exploring the outdoors and we head to the mountains whenever we get a chance.
