Who I work with
I help industrial and manufacturing companies with $50M to $500M with their tax matters, including clean energy investment tax credits, manufacturing tax credits, and meeting governance requirements to achieve real world results. I am passionate about guiding clients through their sustainability journey, and enjoy finding innovative ways to secure the maximum benefits possible for my clients.
My specialty
I specialize in helping clients identify and claim federal clean energy-related investment tax credits and manufacturing tax credits, also known as, Made in America tax credits, clean tax credits, or clean tax grants. I have a keen eye for compliance requirements and have significant experience in helping multinational companies identify tax structuring and planning opportunities related to federal and international tax as well as transfer pricing. I’m energized by the positive impact my work and clients will bring to society.

I held a Minions-themed birthday party for my husband last year!
When I am not at work
I enjoy walking my dog to different parks around downtown Chicago, where I live. Some of our favorite places to stroll during the summer months are Lake Michigan, Navy Pier and Buckingham Fountain.

I am a licensed attorney with a BBA in Global Business Administration from Sungkyunkwan University, a BS in Business Economics and Public Policy Analysis from Indiana University, and a JD from the University of Chicago School of Law.
