Kelli is an assurance partner in Aprio’s Real Estate and Construction group, specializing in providing audits for affordable housing companies. She brings over 25 years of public and private accounting experience to Aprio clients.
Kelli oversees audit engagements for affordable housing partnerships financed primarily through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and low-income housing tax credits. An innovator in the workplace, she develops tools and processes that make engagements more effortless for clients, simplify audit procedures and ensure that filings are submitted on-time to HUD.
Kelli’s other areas of expertise include budgeting, forecasting and mergers and acquisitions. Kelli also has a broad background in operational and financial management which enables her to provide additional business insight to clients, helping them achieve what’s next for their business.
Prior to joining Aprio, Kelli was an audit partner with CohnReznick, LLP, where she led the internal function for filing financial statements with HUD.
Kelli earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia and her Masters of Business Administration from UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management. Her professional affiliations include:
