Who I work with
I work closely with Aprio team members in the Northeast region to provide HR and operations assistance.
My specialty is aligning HR functions with business strategy to guide organizations through substantial growth. My strengths include, employee retention, recruitment strategy, change management, organizational development, payroll and benefits administration, and policy standardization. I have significant experience team building and coaching, as well as finding solutions to difficult HR and operational challenges.

I am always eager to take on new challenges when it comes to helping Aprio and our valued team members succeed. I helped my previous firm lower office expenses by 30%+ over 5 years.
Unique things about me
I love to cook and I used to be a chef.
When I am not at work
I enjoy spending quality time at home with the family, cooking, working on the house, reading and playing games together.
