Saeed Moghadam is a partner with Aprio Strategic Partners, LLC. Saeed guides owners of middle market privately-held businesses through corporate financing and investment banking decisions.
Whether a client’s goal is to buy, sell, grow or receive capital financing, Saeed provides clients with objective insights on how transactional scenarios effect personal wealth and business value after the transaction closes. His goal is always to unlock maximum deal value and provide the clarity clients need to make the best short and long-term decisions for their company, family and employees.
Saeed ensures clients are transaction ready. From valuation, financial reporting and risk assessment, to cash projections, business and personal tax planning including tax matters for estates and trusts, Saeed brings the right expertise to the table to position clients for success.
Saeed’s specialty is investment banking, senior and mezzanine debt financing solutions, with a focus on transactions with revenues up to $100 million. Always acting in the client’s best interests, Saeed often collaborates with external investment banks when better suited for the client or their niche industry. Saeed’s advisory expertise also includes sell-side representation, buy-side search, and M&A strategic growth consulting.
With over 21 years of experience working in the financial services sectors for J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, Fifth Third Bank and New Dominion Bank, Saeed brings a depth of experience to Aprio’s clients. In addition to managing portfolios for both public and privately held companies in commercial banking, he has also grown and managed relationships with individuals in the retail and high net worth banking sector.
Saeed received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of New York at Buffalo.
Outside of the office, Saeed enjoys giving back to the Charlotte community and has served on several boards including the Forest Hills Church Finance Committee, Brace Family YMCA, Rotary International, City Council Business Advisory and A Child’s Place.
