Who I work with
I work with leadership to conduct assessments, lead instructional design and implement corporate programs. I understand the mandate to develop a robust, diverse leadership pipeline and work tirelessly to design highly rated and well-received training programs.
My specialty
I evaluate and advance training requests in light of business impact and develop team members through leadership assessments, 1:1 coaching and career discussions. I also review training programs for business application, instructional design and CPE credit requirements. I specialize in helping onboard new team members quickly and become more productive, effective leaders.

Results I have delivered
I designed training that increased the realization of enterprise-wide and service areas, increased intern acceptance rates and sped up team members’ time to promotion.
Unique things about me
I’m a big concert-goer and have attended at least 60 concerts across the US, U.K. and Germany.

I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and working out.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from South Dakota State University; a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Huron University (now Colorado Tech); and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development from the George Washington University. I am a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in the states of Maryland and Virginia. I also hold the following designations:
