Thomas Christiana, CPA, MST
Tax | Partner | I have more than 20 years of experience in both public accounting and the private sector, supporting clients across a wide range of industries.

Who I work with
I work with government contractors and CFOs of technology-based companies with $10+ million in revenues looking for a liquidity event in the next 5 years.
My specialty
I specialize in tax structuring, income tax and corporation tax. In addition to providing technical excellence and research capabilities, I am able to walk clients through highly complex transactions. I have been instrumental in providing creative and effective tax consulting and transactional planning (from inception through implementation) for both clients and portfolio companies in the private equity industry.

Results I have delivered
By asking a client a simple question — “Have you looked at qualified small business stock?” — I helped save them and their family members more than $8.6 million in taxes.
Unique things about me
After growing up in a household with 3 brothers, life flipped the script on me. I am now the lone man in the household, and my daughters can pretty much get me to do anything. I am officially a “Girl Dad.”

When I am not at work
I like to travel with my wife and two daughters. I hope to hit all 7 continents someday (currently up to 5).
