For more than 20 years, Adam has enabled the success of manufacturers at all stages of the business lifecycle, whether they are starting up, growing, or preparing for an equity event. As the Northeast Regional Leader of Aprio’s Manufacturing & Distribution Group, Adam brings a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt mindset to helping established and high-growth manufacturers in the flooring, chemicals, plastics, and food industries improve efficiency across their manufacturing processes.
Experience
Spearheading one of the largest teams at Aprio through rapid growth, Adam develops the practice’s marketing and business strategies and has championed new initiatives, such as the development of an actionable content marketing program and new services that help manufacturers leverage operational excellence to increase profitability.
Adam is recognized as a thought leader on manufacturing trends and business issues within the industry. He has spoken at the Georgia Manufacturing Appreciation Week Luncheon for six consecutive years, and he regularly visits chambers of commerce and banks to discuss the latest manufacturing trends. Adam also oversees the Aprio National U.S. Manufacturing Survey, offering deep insights and meaningful data and trends for the manufacturing industry.
His experience in assurance*, tax, and consulting, coupled with his passion for the manufacturing industry, enables him to skillfully provide his clients with tailored approaches to strategic financial planning, tax, and audit compliance requirements, technology integration, and overall risk management.
Education & Affiliations
Adam earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh. His professional affiliations include: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; Georgia State Society of Certified Public Accountants; New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants; Georgia Manufacturing Extension Partnership – Advisory Board Member; Georgia Quick Start – Advisory Board Member; and Chairman of Board – Next Generation Manufacturing.
