Who I work with
I work with a variety of small to mid-sized businesses and my clients include owners of dental practices, veterinary clinics and residential construction companies. I speak with my clients regularly to help them establish goals and monitor their progress. I make sure personal financial goals like saving for college and retirement don’t get lost in the shuffle of running their businesses.
My specialty
The majority of my days are spent advising clients on how to improve business operations, increase profitability and manage risk. I am always looking for innovative tax planning strategies to help my clients save money. I serve clients as a coach and focus on how lessons learned can be applied to advance the business. My clients count on me for:

I earned my BBA and MBA from Freed-Hardeman University… at the same time. I am a stickler for efficiency.
Accounting is in my blood. I am a 3rd generation CPA.
My experiences as a business owner enable me to place myself in my clients’ shoes to provide better insights and advice.
When I am not at work
I love spending time with my wife and two daughters. I enjoy gardening and yard work. My professional affiliations include membership in Rotary Club of Nashville, the AICPA, and service as the Treasurer of the Nashville Chapter of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. In the community I teach adult Bible study at the Pennington Bend Church of Christ.
