Adam has over 30 years of experience advising private equity firms, hedge funds, and international investors, most recently serving five years as Aprio’s Northeast Regional Leader. A transformational leader and strategic growth driver, Adam excels in guiding firms through integration, scaling operations, and building teams that embrace Aprio’s One Aprio mindset.
Experience
He brings deep experience in regional leadership, develops teams, integrates post-acquisition operations, and accelerates rapid revenue growth. As Northeast Regional Leader, Adam transformed the region—growing revenue from $11M to over $60M and expanding the team from 35 to more than 200 professionals. His proficiency builds high-performing teams, mentors emerging leaders, and drives strong post-acquisition performance.
As Global M&A Growth Leader, Adam shapes and executes growth strategies for all new firm combinations. He advises deal sponsors and leads Aprio’s Strong Start integration program. Additionally, Adam enables newly joined firms to achieve their growth targets through structured revenue planning, cross-selling strategies, and scalable onboarding practices.
Education & Affiliations
Adam is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a Personal Financial Planning Specialist, and holds several financial services licenses, including the NASD Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses. He also holds insurance licenses for the State of New York, New Jersey, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
Graduating Summa Cum Laude, Adam earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Albany (SUNY). Adam is also a certified mixologist and makes a mean Manhattan.
