Who I work with
I work with a wide range of clients in the technology industry. Many of my clients are C corporations, both public and private. I also frequently work with clients who experience both inbound and outbound foreign transactions. Laws differ by country and I enjoy helping my clients understand what they need to know from a US tax perspective as it can often be overwhelming. Historically, I have worked with clients across a variety of industries, such as manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage, and retail.
My specialty
I specialize in corporate tax –ASC740 (tax provisions) and global, multistate compliance and planning. I take pride in providing my clients with the same level of service I would expect to receive. I’m a strategic thinker with a depth of experience that allows me to strategize for my clients to deliver the best tax result. I believe in prompt, clear communication, proactive planning, and thinking outside the box. I value making tax enjoyable for my clients!

As someone who values connection, my greatest successes are related to my professional relationships. I have a track record of excellent client retention, as well as very low turnover on the teams I lead. I am very invested in my people!
Unique things about me
I love to workout – I’m a peloton addict (app and bike), and enjoy playing golf with my son!
When I am not at work
When I am not at work, I can be found spending time with my two young children and husband. We enjoy visiting our beach house down the shore and feuding over my love for the Eagles and his love for the Giants. (GO BIRDS!)

Affiliations
I received a BBA in accounting and management from Loyola University Maryland, and a master’s degree in taxation from Rutgers University. I am a CPA in Pennsylvania. I am involved in the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the MS Society.
