I help companies prepare for a sale by providing insight into how buyers will assess their business. I identify adjustments to earnings that impact enterprise value and provide guidance on optimizing working capital in the months and years leading up to a sale.
When a company is looking at an acquisition, I assess historical financial results, proposed adjustments to earnings and working capital, and provide support through the acquisition, post-close and integration process.
I add a level of comfort to the process by providing a sophisticated assessment of accounting and financial implications, key deal issues and value drivers. I am available and responsive to client needs throughout the process with patience and understanding to minimize uncertainty.
