Who I work with

I work with a wide variety of privately held businesses with EBITDA of $5M+ in industries including technology, pharmaceutical, construction, professional services, manufacturing and distribution. My clients include finance managers, attorneys, business owners, presidents, CEOs, CFOs, controllers, accountants, CPAs and family office managers.

My specialty

I specialize in valuation services for general business planning, financial reporting, merger and acquisition preparation, estate and gift tax planning, as well as dissenting shareholder and other litigation and bankruptcy proceedings. My financial reporting valuation experience includes ASC 718, ASC 805, ASC 350, ASC 360, ASC 820, IFRS 3, IAS 38 and fresh start accounting.

I also have considerable experience in the valuation of intangible assets including:
