Casey keeps a hands-on approach in every client engagement, from setting scope with management up front, raising technical issues as they surface rather than at year-end, to serving as the direct line to the audit committee and the sponsor. Experience
Clients lean on Casey for complex technical accounting matters, including revenue recognition under Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 606, leases under ASC 842, equity, and business combinations, helping translate insights into decisions CFOs can confidently act on. Casey also guides companies through initial audits, and he works on several multinational engagements, coordinating audits across jurisdictions, currencies, and component teams, ensuring nothing gets lost between borders.
In addition to his client work, Casey also builds engagement teams that show up prepared, communicate early, and treat a client’s time as the scarce resource it is.
Education & Affiliations
Casey earned his BBA in Accounting from Siena University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in New York and North Carolina.
Casey is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also a member of the Red Shoe Crew of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Triangle.
