Who I work with
As Chief Growth Officer, I guide Aprio’s expansion into new strategic markets and services, support talent acquisition, and facilitate mergers to fuel the firm’s continued growth. I partner with industry practice leaders to drive national marketing strategy and business development vision, furthering Aprio’s robust presence across America and beyond.
My specialty
Dynamic and results-driven, I truly thrive on driving growth and innovation. With three decades of professional services firm experience, including 20 years at KPMG, and my immediate former role as Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at Littler Mendelson, I bring experience as a people-focused, agile leader who is truly able to blend vision with tactical strategy to realize ambitious growth goals.
Leading with a ‘people-first’ approach has fueled meaningful relationships that reflect mutual respect and trust. My genuine connection with colleagues and leaders has allowed me be part of driving the business agenda forward.

I am recognized for stewarding brand and purpose while leading a talented team of more than 50 marketing, communications and business development professionals, inspiring Aprio’s 1,800 team members and clients worldwide to achieve what’s next.

When I am not at work
I enjoy spending quality time with my family, culinary exploration and giving back to my community through charitable endeavors.

I am a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In addition to serving on Aprio’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Council, I am actively involved in initiatives aimed at fostering a more inclusive and equitable culture.
Beyond Aprio, I serve on the Board of and am Past President of OnBoard, Inc. I also volunteer as a mentor with Pathbuilder’s, Inc. in Atlanta.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Florida State University and an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Mercer University through its Executive MBA Program.
