My specialty
I specialize in audits of financial statements, compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, Federal Acquisition Regulation, and Cost Accounting Standards. I am passionate about being technically proficient and staying current in various complex accounting areas. I am motivated to share my knowledge through client and team member training.
Results I have delivered
My results include identifying an error in an audit client’s indirect rate calculation, which generated approximately $1 million of additional revenue on their cost-reimbursable contracts.
Unique things about me
I met my wife through my career in accounting. We love spending time with our young daughter and exploring the many wineries and breweries near our home in pastoral Loudoun County, Virginia.
When I am not at work
I enjoy playing guitar, taking beach trips to the Outer Banks in North Carolina, and being an avid Washington, D.C. and Virginia sports fan.
