I apply my deep experience in accounting, tax planning, valuation, financial forecasting, due diligence and strategic consulting to help business owners successfully navigate M&A transactions, business combinations, third-party sales and internal transitions.

Across my 30+ year career in public accounting I have helped countless entrepreneurs successfully buy and sell companies to achieve business goals and increase their net worth. In the process, my former companies helped clients close 1,000+ successful M&A transactions.
Unique things about me
I enjoy giving back and fund raising for charitable causes that support child development, animal welfare and economic empowerment.
When I am not at work
I enjoy traveling, hiking in the Colorado mountains and spending time with my family.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Kansas State University. I am a former President of the Greenwood Village Chamber of Commerce and I am a member of the Colorado Society of CPAs.
