My specialty
I focus on financial reporting, complex accounting and auditing. I have extensive experience in the areas of financial and operational controls, complex revenue recognition issues, equity and debt financing transactions, business combinations and related issues. I first listen to hear, then evaluate and execute.
Unique things about me
Prior to earning an accounting degree, I served eight years in the United States Air Force.
When I am not at work
I am a dedicated baseball fan and play competitive softball two nights a week. My wife and I enjoy traveling, and our favorite vacation spot is the Outer Banks of North Carolina. While traveling, we try local restaurants, wineries and breweries. The most important title in my life is “Dad.” I have two grown children and one in preschool.

I received an accounting degree from George Mason University and graduated from the Business Advisor Program at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. I am a member of the AICPA and have served on the boards of two religious organizations. I currently serve on the board of a predecessor firm.
