Who I work with

I work closely with CFOs and business owners of high-growth, privately held Financial Technology (FinTech) businesses. I advise acquisitive private equity-backed, cross-border companies, and I help founder-led, closely held businesses navigate the transition to institutional ownership.

My specialty

One of my many specialties is helping tech businesses improve recurring revenue in preparation for transactions. I excel at complicated financial reporting and explaining complex accounting concepts to clients.

I help clients develop their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives. I work with companies to develop their ESG strategies and the reporting frameworks and metrics used to monitor their programs.

2020 enabled me to develop a deep understanding of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), and I have helped hundreds of companies across the United States in many different industries obtain PPP loans, strategize the use of their funds and obtain PPP forgiveness.

I’m a family man. I believe that loyalty comes first in both personal and professional life. I’m also a lifelong UGA football fan.
