Who I work with

I work with McDonald’s owner operators and franchisees with small to large organizations across the US, high net-worth individuals and owners of small to mid-size businesses in various industries.

My specialty

I specialize providing tax services for corporations, partnerships and individuals, as well as consulting services related to restaurant purchases and sales, cash flow management and next-generation planning.

Results I have delivered

I saved a client about $1 million in taxes by changing the equipment appraisal method and advising them to donate to a Donor Advised Fund.

Unique things about me

I am generally scared of dogs because of an experience from my childhood with a neighbor’s rottweiler. I’m still a bit nervous around dogs, but I’ve gotten to the point where I like small dogs and am working up the nerve to get one in the future.

When I am not at work

When I’m not at work I spend most of my time at the soccer field with my 10 and 20-year-old nephews. I’m the team manager for my younger nephew’s team and the manager for the team my older nephew coaches. If I’m not spending my evening at the field there’s a good chance I’ll be watching games in the English Premier League. My favorite teams are the Tottenham Hot Spurs and Manchester United.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Hunter College in New York, New York, my Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in accounting from the New York Institute of Technology and my Doctorate of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Argosy University. I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs (GSCPA) and a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). I am also a member of the National Association of Black Accountants.
