Serving clients across Colorado, he combines a deep network of local professionals with a strong understanding of where the talent market is headed.
Experience
Doug specializes in helping clients fill direct-hire positions and engages contractors with strong operational accounting experience, from controllers and accounting managers to staff accountants and specialists in billing, reconciliation, and payroll. He also works alongside senior consultants who provide support in technical accounting, process improvement, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, audit preparation, merger and acquisition integration, and systems implementations.
Rather than focusing solely on a job description, Doug takes the time to understand each organization’s culture and the factors that drive success within the company. As a former restaurant owner, he brings firsthand insight into the hiring challenges business owners face.

Doug earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in management from Texas State University.
