Experience
He has deep experience helping business owners overcome their operational challenges. From start-up to exit, Ed leverages creative, tailored solutions to help his clients achieve positive outcomes, including opportunities to connect with other Aprio advisors and resources that can advance their business.
Ed worked as V.P. of Finance for a winery, gaining valuable experience in farming, production, and distribution activities in addition to capital budgeting and financial reporting.
In addition, he also provides counsel for not-for-profit organizations working to improve the lives of families in our communities.
Education & Affiliations
Ed earned a Master in Finance (Tax Emphasis) from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business. He is a licensed CPA in the states of California and Washington.
Additionally, Ed serves his community as an advisor to the NFP organization Mom Relaunch, is a member of the Alliance of CEOs, and a past Chairman for MGI Worldwide, an international network of accounting firms.
