I am a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with 25+ years of hands-on financial leadership experience enabling growth and navigating acquisitions. I work closely with CEOs, founders and CFOs of growing companies that need strong financial leadership solutions to successfully navigate their path from launch to exit. I help clients develop and execute strategic growth plans to fund and strengthen their businesses. I am continuously meeting new potential clients, CFO candidates, venture capital associations and I leverage my network to advance my capabilities and my clients’ objectives.
Over the course of my career, I’ve seen time and again that the most important responsibility of a CEO or founder is to provide clarity, particularly during the first 100 days of an inflection point. So, I work with business leaders to establish a clear destination and a roadmap to get there.

I provide CFO advisory services to clients until it makes sense for them to hire a dedicated CFO. Serving as a trusted advisor, I help clients build culture, advance the financial maturity of their organizations, and provide access to new sources of capital.
Unique things about me
I enjoy leading youth programs at my local church and nearby high school. Most recently, I served as head coach of the Ultimate Frisbee team at Lambert High School.
When I am not at work
I love spending time with my family (wife and 3 sons). My two favorite things to do are spending time at the beach in the Florida Panhandle where I grew up and bass fishing.
