Results I have delivered
I recently onboarded a new client and discovered that their prior year’s tax return incorrectly included $289,000 of gains from U.S. Treasury bond sales as taxable income. The amended returns resulted in a $25,000 refund for a client.
Unique things about me
My family and I are avid Baltimore Ravens fans and season ticket holders. I didn’t miss a single home game for the first ten years after the Ravens moved to Baltimore. Life’s gotten more hectic since then, but I still find the time to go to as many games as I can.
When I am not at work
I enjoy spending my time with my wife, Catie, and our two children, Rees and Magnolia. We like to hang around outside, take care of our yard and just enjoy the day together.

I earned my Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor’s in Accounting at Mount St. Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, MD. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and a member of the Estate Planning Council in Washington, D.C.
