Who I work with
I work with franchisees, franchisors and restaurant brands that are looking to accomplish business goals encompassing everything from increased growth, higher profitability, data and insight goals, personal goals and wealth creation, preservation and generation planning.
My specialty
I specialize in providing technological solutions to business challenges as well as financial forecasting and reporting, increasing growth and providing individuals with next-generation wealth planning. My goal is to take the burden of day-to-day financial operations off of my clients’ shoulders so they can do what they do best: running great, profitable restaurants.
Results I have delivered
I was the main dealmaker on the buy and sell side of restaurant-related deals worth over $100 million in the last three years alone. My team and I have also overhauled the financial reporting infrastructure of clients who were behind on their reporting by up to a year in some cases. Now they average a 5-15 day financial statement turnaround after month end, taking them from no financial data at all to complete and compliant statements in just a few days.
Unique things about me
I am a big sports guy. I played hockey for Merrimack College (go Warriors!) and I still play twice a week if my work schedule permits. I’m a member of the Foxborough Country Club and do my best to get out and play golf with my friends and clients as often as I can. I’ve also gotten really into climbing recently – or at least my beautiful twin daughters have gotten really into treating me like a climbing wall. I’m also a big fan of getting to know people; I just love learning about people and finding out what makes each of us different and valuable in our own way.
When I am not at work
When I’m not at work I love to spend time with my wife and daughters, whether we’re playing around, sitting at home or hanging out on the beach on Cape Cod or down in Avalon on the Jersey Shore. I also love grilling and smoking my own meat; I’ve even come in around the middle of the pack for pulled pork and ribs in the couple meat smoking competitions I’ve entered.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Merrimack College in Andover, Massachusetts. I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MassCPAs) and a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). I am also a member of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association.
