Who I work with
I work closely with CFOs, Controllers, Directors of Finance/Accounting and Accounting Managers to help them navigate challenges that arise from emerging accounting standards, EPM implementations and transformative transactions.
My specialty
I provide the technical subject matter specialty and additional bandwidth to successfully implement strategic transformations. I leverage my technical accounting knowledge to lead a network of highly-skilled accounting professionals in engagements including:
- Lease Accounting: consulting on the ASC 842 standard adoption and revision of closing processes and accounting policies
- External Audit Support: for US GAAP and PCAOB audits, technical accounting research, guidance and whitepaper documentation
- Buy- and Sell-side Accounting: support for purchase accounting, finance function integration, carve-outs and discontinued operations

Unique things about me
I really enjoy helping people win. A large part of my job is helping clients build capabilities and manage teams to achieve targeted goals. So, it’s no wonder that one of my favorite pastimes is coaching youth sports. I volunteer as a Head Coach with Smyrna Little League Baseball.
When I am not at work
I am a fitness fanatic and enjoy weight training and playing organized sports.

Affiliations
I earned my BA in Business Administration and Accounting from Morehouse College in Atlanta. My professional affiliations include an active membership in the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA). I was proudly inducted into the 100 Black Men of Atlanta on October 5, 2024, where I volunteer to support and enhance educational and economic opportunities for African-American youth.
