Jeff has more than 25 years of experience delivering accounting, tax compliance, tax planning, and consulting services to closely held businesses and their owners, including family‑owned businesses, real estate, construction, and professional practices, having worked with both domestic and international companies. In his current practice, Jeff helps clients navigate U.S. corporate, partnership, and individual tax regulations while developing strategies designed to minimize tax exposure and support sound financial decision‑making.

Jeff provides comprehensive accounting and advisory services across all stages of the client relationship, applying a practical and integrated approach to complex financial and tax matters. He works closely with business owners and management teams to address accounting needs, meet audit and tax compliance requirements, and implement effective tax planning strategies aligned with business objectives. His experience includes advising U.S. and international businesses on financial, tax, and operational matters, as well as supporting audit and compliance engagements.
Earlier in his career, Jeff spent more than a decade as a partner at a regional accounting firm in Philadelphia, where he developed extensive leadership and client service experience. He also worked in accounting and auditing roles, building a strong technical foundation that continues to inform his advisory work today. Jeff also has experience in litigation support, including forensic accounting, bankruptcy matters, and class action, allowing him to assist clients in highly complex and sensitive situations.
Education & Affilations
Jeff received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a dual major in Finance and Accounting from Emory University. He went on to earn a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
