Overview
Jen is a senior manager in Aprio’s Structured Products and Securitization practice. She assists issuers, banks and arrangers with the issuance of structured financing and asset-backed security (ABS) transactions. Her focus is to provide the accurate delivery of due diligence reporting, structuring models and offering document reviews required for a successful closing. With her colleagues, Jen provides high-quality analysis and due diligence support, enabling Aprio’s clients to efficiently complete transactions in data, models, and disclosures.*
Experience
Jen has more than 20 years of experience as a trustee and collateral custodian. Her responsibilities as a vice president included overseeing proper portfolio management, investor reporting and debt service payment processing. Jen is proficient with portfolio compliance requirements found in offering documents, indentures, loan agreements and other governing documents.
Additionally, she combines relationship management skills and structured products experience to work with the parties during all phases of a securitization, from defining the scope of the initial engagement, the delivery of AUPs for SEC form ABS-15g filings and pricing, the closing and any continuing compliance needs for the life of the deal.
Education & Affiliations
Jen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Salem State University. She is a regular volunteer at a local food pantry, and mentors children grades 1-3 in a summer reading program.
