Overview
With more than ten years of experience in designing talent and people strategies in the wealth management industry, Jessica Cunnick serves as a Director to the Wealth Management and Benefit Advisor teams, as well as a strategic partner to Aprio’s Wealth Management Practice Group and People & Culture Leadership Team. She applies a full-lifecycle approach to talent — from strategy conception to execution — helping the practice attract, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
Experience
Jessica specializes in M&A integration, talent optimization, and organizational and incentive design, drawing on a career spent supporting registered investment advisors (RIAs). Before joining Aprio, she served as Chief Talent Officer at a private equity-backed RIA, where she led all human capital functions and supported four acquisitions. She also previously served as Principal and Chief People Officer for over nine years, completing five acquisitions and building firm-wide programs in career pathing, compensation, and leadership development.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Millikin University and a Master of Science in Organizational Change & Learning from Northwestern University.
