I specialize in performing financial statements audits, reviews and compilations, and providing consulting services relating to complex accounting matters including business combinations, stock-based compensation and other equity transactions.

Unique things about me
I’m a big horticulture enthusiast and like to spend time in my garden whenever I can. I’ve also been on over 20 cruises and am looking forward to going on more with my family.
