Joshua is a Tax Director in Aprio’s Enterprise Tax Services practice, where he advises privately held businesses, their owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals on complex tax matters. He is known for providing proactive tax planning, practical solutions, and timely guidance to help clients achieve their business and financial goals.
Experience
Joshua has extensive experience with C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and their owners across a variety of industries, including professional services, manufacturing and distribution, real estate, and businesses with international operations. He also specializes in executive and equity compensation, advising clients on RSUs, stock options, ESPPs, and other complex compensation arrangements, as well as the tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, and other significant transactions.
Education & Affiliations
Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and a Master’s degree in Taxation from DePaul Driehaus College of Business. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Illinois CPA Society (ILCPAS).
