Who I work with
I work closely with C-suite executives and owners of partnerships and closely held family real estate businesses.
My specialty
I specialize in providing stress-free tax consulting, tax preparation and business consulting. I have been helping clients successfully navigate the tax consequences and opportunities related to real estate transactions and generational property transfers for nearly 20 years. Clients count on me for prompt, proactive advice, and I enjoy mentoring and sharing my technical tax knowledge with Aprio team members.
Results I have delivered
When the owner of multiple commercial real estate properties passed away, I helped the surviving spouse and heirs minimize property tax reassessments under CA Prop 13, saving them tens of thousands annually.
Unique things about me
I love camping and road trips. My family takes yearly adventures and we’ve camped everywhere from the Fort Bragg coast and redwoods of Anderson Valley to Santa Cruz, the Sierra Nevada foothills and the Black Rock Desert. I have driven cross country from coast to coast several times.
When I am not at work
I like spending time with my husband, two sons and our Bernedoodle. We enjoy going to my sons’ little league and local AAA baseball games, as well as outdoor activities like paddle boarding, kayaking, snow shoeing and downhill skiing.

I earned my Master of Science in Taxation and my Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from California State University – Hayward (now East Bay). I am a CPA and an active member of the AICPA and CalCPA.
