She works closely with CFOs, controllers, and the owners of the associated companies, managing return preparation of their personal taxes and thus providing them with full-circle tax planning.

Laila has deep expertise in a wide range of tax disciplines, including multi-tiered ownership, multi-state income, and franchise tax compliance for S corporations, LLCs, and partnerships. Her specialties include pass-through entity income tax, multi-state income taxes and service revenue sourcing, and sale-side transaction consulting and compliance.

Laila earned a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech in Accounting and Information Systems and is a member of Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity.
