Who I work with
My clients include CFOs, controllers, directors of finance/accounting and accounting managers across a wide spectrum of industries. Acting as an extension of the client’s accounting team, I help successfully tackle the finance and accounting challenges associated with transformational transactions and emerging accounting standards.
My technical accounting areas of specialty include lease accounting (ASC 842 and IFRS 16), stock-based compensation (ASC 718) and revenue recognition (ASC 606). I liaise with your auditors upon adoption of a new accounting standard, address related internal control challenges and establish related accounting policies and procedures. I also assist clients with:
- Financial statement and SEC filing preparation
- Purchase accounting, resulting from a recent merger or acquisition
- Accounting and audit readiness, related to an IPO or other transaction alternative
- Evaluation of business processes and improvement roadmaps
