Experience
Locky has deep experience guiding companies in the retail and industrial manufacturing sectors through complex accounting and reporting matters involving US GAAP, Chinese Accounting Standards, HKFRS, and IFRS. He is also well-versed in cross-border/cross-cultural communication, and he brings a globally informed perspective to assurance engagements, using his background across diverse geographies to understand business models, identify risk areas, and deliver clear, actionable solutions. With extensive experience in both the United States and China, Locky adds value for clients navigating cross‑border considerations by bridging regulatory, capital market, and reporting standards.
Education & Affiliations
Locky earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Capital University of Economics and Business (China), a Master of Global Management (with Distinction) from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Certificate in Sustainability from NYU Stern School of Business. He is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). Additionally, Locky is a Board Member of Apollo’s Fire Baroque, The Cleveland Music Settlement and West Creek Conservancy. He was also awarded the Crain’s Cleveland 40 under Forty in 2022.
