Who I work with
I specialize in serving the tax, assurance and advisory needs of privately held businesses, with a concentration in the construction and real estate industries. My clients come to me with a wide range of goals, from driving profitability through smart tax planning and advice, to compiling a sound valuation for their business.
My specialty
I specialize in providing tax planning and compliance for C corporations, S corporations and limited liability companies (LLCs), and for the individuals who own these businesses. I have also assisted many clients in both the sale and purchase of businesses. With every engagement, I focus on learning the ins and outs of my clients’ businesses so that I can fully understand the issues that are most important to them. My goal is to be the first person my clients call when a challenge arises.

Unique things about me
I enjoy college sports and am an avid fan of the Rutgers Scarlet Knights. I also hold season tickets for Rutgers’ football, basketball and wrestling teams.
When I am not at work
I enjoy exercising and riding bikes along off-road trails with my wife. We also spend every summer in the seaside town of Cape May, New Jersey.

I am a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York. I earned my Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University. I am also a member of the AICPA, New Jersey Society of CPAs and New York Society of CPAs.
