Who I work with
I work with nonprofit organizations with a revenue of $5 million to $100 million looking for a trusted adviser in accounting and financial reporting.
My specialty
I specialize in providing nonprofit accounting and financial reporting, Uniform Guidance compliance audits and nonprofit financial statement audits. I also help my clients understand GAAP and compliance requirements for transactions. As an avid researcher, I have deep technical knowledge in areas including revenue recognition, fair value concepts, related entities and federal compliance.
With my passion for teaching, I have led multiple internal and external trainings and have presented in both firm and third-party-sponsored webinars. I also train a team of nonprofit accountants in financial reporting, compliance and auditing.
Results I have delivered
Nonprofits are under constant scrutiny from donors, regulators and board members. In my 15 years as an auditor, my guidance on technical accounting matters, board reporting, internal controls over financial reporting and compliance have helped over 100 nonprofits advance their mission.
