Mark is a Partner in Aprio’s Office of the CFO practice with more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance recruiting and consulting in Colorado. Throughout his career, Mark has focused on building long-term relationships, understanding clients’ and professionals’ distinct needs, and connecting organizations with the talent and resources they need to grow.
Mark’s approach has remained consistent throughout his career: build strong relationships, understand what clients truly need, and connect them with the right people and solutions to help them succeed.
Experience
After starting his career in financial services, Mark moved into accounting and finance recruiting at a regional firm, where he gained firsthand insight into the challenges companies face in attracting and retaining top accounting and finance talent.
As President and Founder of TGRP Solutions, Mark grew the firm from a startup into a 70-person accounting and finance consulting and recruiting practice serving more than 300 clients. In October 2026, Aprio acquired TGRP Solutions, and Mark joined the firm as a Partner in the Office of the CFO practice. In this role, he will focus on helping companies solve complex accounting and finance challenges by providing experienced professionals, practical solutions, and access to Aprio’s broader advisory capabilities.

Mark earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Computer Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder.
