Who I work with
I advise owners of family businesses and middle-market CEOs and CFOs on compliance requirements and technical accounting solutions. My clients include small, privately owned businesses and local governments.
My specialty
I specialize in facilitating audits and providing financial reporting in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). I’m known for my common-sense approach to solving technical accounting and regulatory challenges and I strive to bring the best ideas to the table. My deep tax and audit knowledge allows me to tackle complicated transactions that produce better outcomes for my clients and their businesses.
Unique things about me
I’ve always had a heart for children with special needs and was fortunate to be a founding board member of The Miracle League of Valdosta. The highlight of my experience with the organization was helping develop a playing field and a playground where children of all abilities could play together. My entire family embraced this organization and participated in the games, and it was an experience we’ll never forget.
When I am not at work
I enjoy spending time with my family cruising the Gulf of Mexico. We enjoy saltwater fishing, scalloping, tubing and kayaking.
