Mary was with RSM US LLP for almost 22 years. She started as a Human Resources Director in Boston and then transitioned to the Regional Office Services Leader for the Northeast and Southeast regions. She then served as the senior director, human resources leader with the firm’s Professional Services+ practice, the former RSM Alliance, an affiliation of independent professional services firms in the United States, Canada, the Cayman Islands and Puerto Rico, since 2018.

Before joining Aprio, Mary held positions at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in addition to marketing and legal organizations. She has a broad human resources background including HR consulting. Mary’s greatest passion is building and strengthening relationships with clients. She has a strong background in human resources trainings and soft skills trainings, as well as understanding operationally how human resources structures can be set up for success. Mary was also the leader of RSM’s Autism Awareness & Acceptance Committee for the United States and Canada and had worked with individuals across the firm to focus on neurodiverse hires in the workplace.
