Matt’s practice centers on partnership taxation, with extensive knowledge of commercial and residential real estate structures. He has particular depth in multi-state tax compliance and consulting, helping clients navigate the layered complexities that come with doing business across state lines. His client base spans private equity funds, start-up companies, high-net-worth individuals, and U.S. subsidiaries of foreign-owned companies, giving him a broad perspective that he brings to every engagement.
Education & Affiliations
Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Master of Science in Taxation, both from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
