Who I work with
I work closely with CFOs, controllers and presidents of affordable housing organizations, including for-profit and nonprofit developers, syndicators and investors. I also have considerable experience serving nonprofit organizations, including arts and cultural organizations, foundations, independent schools, community development organizations and membership associations.
My specialty
I take the worry out of maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations by delivering accurate financial reporting that meets strict deadlines. My services help clients make informed decisions that grow their organizations and increase the confidence of investors, donors and board members. I can help you maximize federal and state tax credits to increase property equity and profitability. My technical expertise, along with my affordable housing and nonprofit experience, helps clients move through complex compliance audits in a timely and efficient manner so they can play to their strengths.
Unique things about me
I love to travel and experience new cultures. After graduating from college, I took a solo backpacking trip throughout France and Spain.
When I am not at work
I am an avid home cook and enjoy spending quality time with my husband, three children and two dogs. My family shares my passion for traveling and our favorite destination is Hilton Head Island.

I received my Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Appalachian State University. I am a member of the AICPA and NCACPA and a past member of Class 35 Leadership Charlotte.
