Melissa is widely recognized in Arizona and throughout the United States as a subject matter expert in cannabis business tax compliance, tax strategy, tax advisory, mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, and business formation. Throughout her career, she has devoted hundreds of hours of study and research into the tax, accounting, and reporting matters and complexities facing companies operating within the cannabis/hemp industry. In her previous role, Melissa managed her firm’s nonprofit tax division and cannabis industry group.
